Position Summary
Second Line Support Engineer – 37 hours per week. Permanent contract in Hereford (Hybrid) with a salary of £27,427 – £34,456 per annum (Hoople Band C). Closing date 19th July 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Work in a team‑based environment providing 2nd line support to a wide range of public and private sector customers.
Manage your own workload to maximize resolution within SLA timescales, delivering excellent customer service.
- Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience working and supporting IT users in a business environment.
- Technical skills for supporting an enterprise with over 8,000 users and enterprise IT tools, systems and infrastructure.
