The predicted salary is between 27840 - 38880 ÂŁ per year.
Hours: 20-30 per week term-time only (split shift, driving passengers to school for start of the day and end of the day)
Salary: ÂŁ13.95 per hour
Contract: Fixed term with a view to becoming permanent
Location: You will start and finish your day from your home, driving assigned routes across the region, which may include Hereford, Leominster, Bromyard, Ross on Wye, and Ledbury/Malvern.

We’re looking for reliable, caring, and professional drivers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide safe, comfortable, efficient transport for children—some with complex or additional needs—helping them get to school and back to their home, safely and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely transporting children to and from schools
- Creating a calm, respectful, and supportive environment for passengers, with a professional manner
- Building positive relationships with passengers, families, carers and school staff
- Ensuring the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and well-presented
- Being available for both morning and afternoon routes on each school day
What We’re Looking For
- A full, valid, UK driving licence
- Competent and experienced drivers
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and passenger welfare
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the local area
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check and medical fitness check prior to starting
