Hoople Group is recruiting a dedicated Family Support Worker to work with vulnerable children, young people and families across homes, schools, and community settings in Ross-on-Wye and wider Herefordshire. You will deliver evidence-based interventions and support the Families First programme, coordinating with social workers and partner agencies.
You will assess needs, lead Family Help assessments and review meetings, manage a complex caseload, provide safeguarding, and deliver parenting support.
