Hoople is looking to recruit a cleaning operative to be based in Central Hereford (Blueschool House). As a Cleaning Operative, you will carry out a variety of housekeeping tasks, safely and professionally and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of designated areas within a Council building.
- Mopping and sweeping floors.
- Use of vacuum cleaners for the cleaning of carpets and stairwells.
- Cleaning desks and other furniture.
- Cleaning of kitchenettes.
- Cleaning of welfare facilities - washrooms.
- Use of equipment and machinery and handling chemicals.
- Empty waste bins, remove rubbish to collection areas.
- Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.
