Responsibilities
- Work directly with mainstream schools to provide high-quality advice, guidance and practical strategies supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs.
- Model effective classroom approaches, support individual and whole-school strategies, and deliver training that builds confidence and capacity in school staff.
- Ensure children and young people feel understood, supported and are able to thrive in their learning environments.
