Responsibilities
- Provide family support to children and families on the Edge of Care and to those reunified after care.
- Manage a small workload of families, working intensively with children and parents.
- Tasks may include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team with family support colleagues, Women’s Aid, Turning Point, a systemic family therapist, and allocated social workers and other agencies.
