Care Assistant – HillsideSalary £12.35 per hour | Permanent | Full time 37.5 / Part time

About You
Experience in health/social care or eager to learn (full training provided)
Flexible with shifts including evenings, weekends & nights
Compassionate, respectful, and committed to supporting independence
Team player confident working independently
Excellent communicator who values confidentiality
Your Role
Provide tailored daily care (dressing, meals, medication)
Support residents\’ wellbeing and encourage social engagement
Collaborate with professionals to follow care plans
Maintain accurate records and liaise with families
Use mobility aids safely and create a homely environment
Participate in ongoing training
