This role involves using genealogical research to identify next of kin. It is an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for genealogy or family history.

Key Responsibilities – Case Manager (Probate Research)

Manage a varied portfolio of cases from referral to completion. Maintaining accurate case files, and progress reports and internal databases.

Oversee research to ensure the rightful beneficiaries to intestacies have been identified.

Contact potential heirs to confirm lineage and gather supporting evidence.

Support researchers and regional managers handling probate research cases

Verify accuracy of family trees using public records, and genealogical databases.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.

Provide regular case updates and manage expectations regarding timelines and outcomes.

Able to produce detailed genealogical reports.
