Hoop Social Work is recruiting a Principal Social Worker for the MASH/IAA Team with hybrid working (3 days in Ty Elai office, 2 days at home) in Tonypandy, South Wales. The post offers PAYE at £33.00 per hour or Limited/Umbrella at £42.60 per hour, with a focus on high-level assessment, complex caseloads, and leadership within the team.

You will work with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council's Children’s Services to improve practice and outcomes for children, young people and adults.
