Home First Hospital Team
Pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge - £38.43 Umbrella Swansea Council
On a temporary basis of 3 months initially. This role is primarily based in our local hospitals and includes community work. Office based 5 x days per week (Monday to Friday). Primarily based in Morriston Hospital, but may also cover Singleton, Neath Port Talbot and Gorseinon.
