About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner to join our Intake and Assessment Team in a pivotal leadership role. Working closely with the Team Manager, you will:

  • Champion strength-based and trauma-informed practice
  • Lead on high-quality assessments, planning and interventions
  • Ensure the child’s voice is central to all decision‑making
  • Provide professional leadership, guidance and reflective supervision to staff
  • Hold a protected caseload of complex cases, enabling you to remain connected to frontline practice and model best practice
