Hoop Social Work is recruiting for a Community Mental Health Team – Social Worker in Neath Port Talbot.

You will manage a caseload of complex cases, conduct assessments with individuals and families, and collaborate with professionals to safeguard adults at risk.

The role offers 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, with an umbrella pay rate of £35–£38 depending on experience.

Based at the Civic Centre in Neath, the team supports adults across the locality; AMHP duties may form part of the role
