Hospital Discharge Team Social Worker AGILE working
Rhondda Cynon Taff
up to £35 per hour Umbrella company
A Social Worker is required to join Rhondda Cynon Taff's Hospital Discharge service, covering hospitals county wide initially until the end of March. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and supportive team with an excellent team manager who is very approachable which makes a big different when working in this setting. You will be working in a fast paced environment to affect timely discharges from hospital. Pay rate for this position is up to £35 per hour as an Umbrella company. This opportunity does allow for home working but ward rounds and face to face assessments required.

You will need to hold a relevant social work qualification and be registered with the Social Care Wales. You will be subject to an enhanced DBS and references covering a period of 3 years.

- A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
- A relevant Social Work Qualification Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
