Qualified Social Worker – Hospital Team

Pay up to £37 Umbrella dependent upon experience
A Social Worker is required to join Cardiff Social Services’ Hospital Discharge team for an initial 3-6 month contract to support with Winter pressures. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and supportive team working in a fast paced environment to affect timely discharges from hospital. You will be responsible for carrying out discharges across 3 hospital sites: UHW, Llandough and St Davids. Pay rate for this position is up to £37 per hour payrolled via an umbrella company, dependent upon experience and references.

- A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
