The predicted salary is between 42000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We are looking to appoint 2 x full time social workers in the Community Mental Health Team within Adult Services, on a temporary basis of 3 months initially. These posts are full time, 37 hours per week and a mix of office based and visiting clients in hospitals and their own homes.

Some mental health experience is essential along with writing and submitting reports plus attending Mental Health Tribunals also being part of the role. It would be advantageous if the Social Worker had knowledge of WCCIS given the short contract time, and ideally local to Swansea or prepared to travel.

  • A relevant Social Work Qualification
  • Registration with Social Care Wales
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
  • 3 Years of referencing
  • Driving license with access to a car
