Hoop Social Work are currently recruiting for Qualified Social Workers to join a Complex Needs & Disabilities Team based in Ammanford, supporting children and families across Carmarthenshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a specialist team supporting children with additional and complex needs, where relationship-based practice and collaboration are at the heart of service delivery.
About the Role:
- You will be working within a Children with Disabilities Team, supporting children and young people with complex needs across the Carmarthenshire area.
- The team operates using a POD (systemic) model, meaning you will work closely with colleagues in a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Full-time position based in the Ammanford office.
- Attendance required for:
- Weekly POD meetings (face-to-face)
- Monthly team meetings (face-to-face)
- Regular face-to-face supervision
To apply for this role, you will need to hold:
- A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker.
- A relevant Social Work Qualification.
- Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England.
- Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS.
- 3 Years of referencing.
- Driving license with access to a car.
