The Opportunity
The team is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Supervising Social Worker to join them on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This is a chance to be part of a highly trauma-informed service, experience new approaches, and make a real difference to outcomes for children — all while being supported by a passionate and experienced team.
What You’ll Bring
- Post-qualifying experience in fostering or wider children’s services
- Strong understanding of fostering regulations and national minimum standards
- Confidence supporting carers and children with warmth, professionalism and relationship-focused practice
- Excellent report writing, organisation and the ability to work autonomously
- A Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
- Enhanced DBS (processed for you)
