Hoop Social Work are currently recruiting for 2 Qualified Social Workers to join the Intake & Assessment Team within Vale of Glamorgan Social Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and fast-paced team, offering a flexible working pattern with a mixture of home working and office-based days. When on site, you will be based at the Docks Offices in Barry, typically 2-3 days per week, and will attend the office on your duty days. Within this role, you will usually undertake 1 main duty day per week, alongside acting as a back-up duty worker, giving you a varied and engaging workload.
To apply for this role, you will need to hold:
- A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
