Daily Rate: From £100+ per day

Hoop Education is thrilled to offer multiple exciting Cover Supervisor positions across Caerphilly. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher — just confident, calm, and ready to lead a classroom.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher
- Maintaining a focused, respectful classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with questions and encouraging discussion
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring safety
- Collecting completed work and reporting on the session
- Being a positive role model students look up to
What You’ll Need:
- 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
- EWC registration (or willingness to register)
- A calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
