Were seeking an experienced Team Manager to support our children and young people located in South & West Devon. Our Team Managers make a vital contribution to the delivery of high-quality social care services. Weve embedded restorative practice approach across our teams and have made significant investment in training all practitioners and managers to build, maintain and repair relationships with our children and families/carers. Applicants must be experienced and knowledgeable as a Team Manager in Children in Care, and should have strong interpersonal and relationship skills to lead, support and develop the team. They must be able to commit to being on site in Follaton House, Totnes at least twice per week.
The pay rate is dependent upon experience within frontline services and is agreed with the hiring manager upon successful interview.
An agreed weekly agency accommodation / commuter travel allowance of up to £150 per week is offered for those living 50 miles or more from their work base.
