Hoop Education is looking for Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Swansea and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people, is confident managing a classroom, and is looking for flexible work within local secondary schools.
The Role
- Supervise classes during teacher absence
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure pupils remain on task
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently
- Support pupils aged 11-18
- Work across a variety of secondary schools
- Choose the days you want to work
We're Looking For
- Welsh-speaking candidates
- Experience working with children or young people
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Reliable, professional and approachable individuals
- The ability to build positive relationships with staff and pupils
- Previous teaching, TA, coaching, youth work or similar experience is welcome
- Driving is highly desirable
