Are you an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator available immediately? We're looking for a proactive HR professional to provide short-term support to a busy People team in Swansea. This is a hands-on, fast-paced temporary assignment where you'll be supporting the Wales People Partners with a range of employee lifecycle administration duties. This role is primarily office-based, allowing you to work closely with the team and quickly get up to speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing probationary review letters and associated administration
- Managing sickness absence administration, including trigger letters and documentation
- Typing and formatting meeting notes
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Supporting the People team with general HR administration
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
About You
- Previous experience in a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role
- Confident producing HR correspondence and maintaining accurate records
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
