The Academy Team focuses on high-quality statutory front-end practice, with an emphasis on robust assessments, evidence-based interventions and effective decision-making. • Carrying out evidence-based interventions to reduce risk and improve family functioning
  • Multi-agency working with professionals across Children’s Services
  • Hybrid working model with 3 office-based days per week at Swansea Guildhall

This role would suit an experienced practitioner who is confident in assessment work, decision-making and managing risk, whilst maintaining a child-focused and strengths-based approach.

To apply for this role, you will need:

  • Registration with Social Care Wales or Social Work England
  • A minimum of 6 months UK Social Work experience
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
