Children Looked After Team – Social Worker Pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge – £39.43 Umbrella Somerset Council Social worker within a statutory Children Looked After team in Bridgwater. The post requires an experienced worker to complete the statutory responsibilities that include legal and adoption work, supporting children from birth to the age of 18. You will work with partners in safeguarding and leaving care to ensure effective transitions and effective permanency planning. The post will have a caseload of around 16 young people. Due to the locations of some young people being out of county, some travelling will be required.
