Responsibilities * Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility. * Administer medication and monitor patient health. * Support nursing staff with clinical duties. * Develop and implement individualised care plans. * Assist other healthcare assistants. * Maintain accurate patient records. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
