School Administrator / Receptionist – Caerphilly Full-Time | Immediate Start We’re currently recruiting for a full-time School Administrator/Receptionist to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Caerphilly. The school prides itself on strong leadership, clear communication, and a supportive environment for both staff and students. Role Overview: You will be the first point of contact for visitors and parents, managing enquiries with professionalism and warmth. Key duties include maintaining and updating student data on the SIMS system, producing reports, and supporting the smooth running of school administration.
