This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist or administrator who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and being the welcoming face of an organisation making a real difference.
The Role
As the first point of contact for visitors, staff and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and front-of-house services.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a general enquiries inbox
- Operating the switchboard and directing calls appropriately
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Coordinating deliveries and collections
- Issuing and managing parking permits
- Maintaining visitor and contractor sign-in procedures
- Supporting general reception and facilities administration
- Providing excellent customer service to all visitors and callers
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within reception, front-of-house or customer service environments
- Confident managing busy inboxes and telephone systems
- Professional, organised and reliable
- Comfortable working independently
- Compassionate and approachable in their communication style
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Competent with general administrative tasks and IT systems
