While experience in block or property management is a bonus, the focus of this role is on people management and team transformation. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in managing and developing teams. A track record of successfully driving organisational or team transformation initiatives. Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational skills. A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
