As Brand Integration Officer, you’ll join a friendly, collaborative team and help bring a highly visible brand to life. You’ll support campaigns, coordinate creative briefs, manage digital brand assets and help colleagues apply brand standards consistently.
The team is looking for someone dependable and proactive who can be trusted to take ownership of their work. You’ll be comfortable working independently, using your initiative and making progress without constant supervision—while also having the judgement to recognise when you need guidance or support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping ensure the brand is represented consistently across communications, campaigns and locations
- Managing and maintaining digital brand assets and shared resources
- Supporting colleagues with brand guidance, templates and materials
- Creating and coordinating briefs for the in-house design team
- Managing requests through the shared brand inbox
- Working confidently across different IT systems and digital platforms
- Liaising with internal teams, external partners, designers and print suppliers
- Supporting branded events, sponsorship activity and customer campaigns
- Representing the Brand Team in meetings
- Attending occasional site visits when required
- Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
