Hoop Professional Services are proud to be partnering exclusively with a well-established and highly respected organisation in South Wales. We’re supporting our client with the recruitment of two exciting fixed-term opportunities for People and OD Partners:
- 1 x Part-Time (22.2 hours per week) – Contract until 31st March 2026
- 1 x Full-Time – Contract until 31st July 2026
These roles offer a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time), enhanced annual leave entitlement, and flexible hybrid working, along with a range of additional benefits.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and forward-thinking People professional to work closely with senior leaders across the business, delivering the full spectrum of HR and Organisational Development services. You’ll play a key role in driving cultural and behavioural change while supporting critical transformation initiatives aligned to the organisation’s people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic direction
- Develop and implement people strategies aligned with organisational objectives
- Lead on workforce and succession planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade union representatives
- Advise on and manage complex employee relations matters
- Champion performance improvement across the organisation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Guide and support managers through change, engagement, and HR initiatives
- Analyse and interpret MI data to inform decision-making and drive improvements
- Support and facilitate leadership development and corporate training programmes
- Line manage a HR Advisor and HR Assistant
- Promote and embed Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) in all practices
- Proven experience in a People/HR Business Partner capacity
- A track record of delivering successful change and transformation initiatives
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and unions
- A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Strong strategic and operational HR expertise
- CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience
