Long Term Care & Support Adults - Social Worker
Pay rate - £35 Umbrella
The post is based in Cynon Principal Offices. We work with individuals over the age of 18 with complex and long-term care and support needs. We work towards achieving positive personal outcomes, supporting people with both physical and mental needs in the community. This is subject to flexible working from home with an expectation that you will attend the office a minimum of once per week.
We are looking for someone with experience in adult services with strong values and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
