You will ensure accurate, timely delivery while strengthening controls, resolving complex issues and identifying smarter ways of working. What you’ll bring Experience managing payroll for 500+ employees. Strong payroll legislation and compliance knowledge. Confidence resolving complex payroll queries and calculations. Team leadership or supervisory experience. Excellent stakeholder-management and customer-service skills. CIPP membership. Experience with iTrent/MHR would be a strong advantage.
