Hoop Professional Services is recruiting on behalf of a leading, forward-thinking organisation looking for a proactive Office Manager to support their Edinburgh office. This is a temporary role with potential to go permanent, giving the right candidate the chance to make an impact from day one. Initially, travel to Glasgow will be approximately once a quarter.

- Act as the main on-site contact for the Edinburgh office.
- Deliver front-of-house reception services, including meet & greet, calls, and visitor management.
- Support new starters with equipment setup and office inductions.
- Manage meeting rooms, events, catering, and IT requests.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, cleaning, and FM providers.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and kitchen equipment.
- Support Health & Safety compliance, including audits, inspections, and fire procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and spreadsheets.
- Take ownership of the office presentation and visual standards.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative and facilities tasks.
- Experienced in office management, facilities, or workplace support.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Highly organised, able to multitask and problem-solve.
- Professional, approachable, and service-focused.
- Comfortable liaising with internal teams, visitors, and suppliers.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Edinburgh, with occasional travel to Glasgow (approx. once a quarter)
