Marketing Assistant

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cardiff, reporting into an experienced Marketing Executive. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to gain broad exposure across digital, campaigns, content creation, and internal communications. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the creation of marketing materials and campaign content Managing social media platforms – scheduling, posting and engaging Assisting with event planning and attending on the day Writing case studies, newsletters, and internal comms Conducting market research to spot trends and opportunities Helping to coordinate marketing campaigns with internal teams and partners Admin support across the marketing function What we’re looking for: A creative, organised team player with great attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office (bonus if you’ve used design tools or WordPress) Experience in a marketing or content-focused role – even through education or internships A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle Nice to have (but not essential): CIM qualification or working towards it Welsh language skills Why apply?
