Hoop Nursing and Social Care are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established, 40-bedded care service in the Newport area. As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service and will play a key role in maintaining excellent standards of care, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Essential:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a senior role within a care home setting
