Hoop Education, the most recommended agency in South Wales, is currently seeking Level 2 and 3 Teaching Assistants for both casual and long-term positions in local primary schools, particularly in the Caerphilly area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience working with children in educational or community settings such as schools, youth clubs, Brownies, or Scouts. What We’re Looking For:

  • Positive and engaging individuals who can build strong relationships with children.
  • Experience working 1:1, in small groups, or with full classes.
  • Team players who can support teachers in a general classroom assistant role.
  • Applicants with a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification or at least 6 months’ experience with young children or vulnerable adults.
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willingness to register.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply (support provided).
