Hoop Recruitment is recruiting for a Community Mental Health Team - Social Worker on behalf of Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.

Pay rate Β£35-Β£38.43 per hour (Umbrella).

Based at the Civic Centre in Neath with a 4‑day office pattern and 1 day from home.

You will manage a caseload of complex work, conduct assessments with individuals, families and carers, and collaborate with other professionals.

Social Work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales are required.
