HR Coordinator Our valued client, based in Cwmbran is seeking a driven, committed, and experienced HR Coordinator to join their team for 3 months. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties, onboarding, and updating the system. This position requires a detail-oriented, and organised individual who is looking for a role that will allow them to develop their skills and knowledge further within Human Resources and is looking for that next big step. This position comes with a salary of up to £28,000, and hybrid working. Our client is looking for someone who can start immediately. Responsibilities: First point of contact for the team, manage the HR inbox and support any queries. Working alongside Systems and Payroll. Support the team with ER administration. Provide written offers of employment, alongside supporting new starter introduction by liaising with the training team. Supporting changes to contracts for all employees and processing leavers. Responsible for all onboarding checks, such as references, right to work and qualifications. Support both internal and external audit queries.Key Requirements: CIPD Level 3 Experience working in HR Administration. Knowledge of UK Employment Law. Strong IT skills.
