What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the site.
- Working closely with the permanent HR Advisor, providing day-to-day guidance and support.
- Taking ownership of a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management.
- Proactively contributing to Site Leadership Team meetings and influencing operational decision-making.
- Providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice that balances business priorities with positive people outcomes.
- Leading and supporting employee engagement initiatives, including staff forums, newsletters and wider site activities.
