This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, people-focused HR team, supporting employees and volunteers across the organisation while gaining broad, hands-on experience across the full people lifecycle.

The role As HR Administrator, you'll provide proactive and accurate administrative support to the HR team and act as a first point of contact for a range of people queries. It's a genuinely varied HR administration role, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting starter, leaver and employee change processes
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and variation letters
- Coordinating recruitment processes and interview schedules
- Supporting onboarding, references and pre-employment checks
- Maintaining accurate HR systems and employee records
- Supporting attendance and occupational health administration
- Producing HR reports and management information
- Carrying out data audits and supporting data cleansing
- Supporting wider HR projects and people initiatives
The role offers fantastic exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, HR systems and wider people projects.
What we're looking for We're looking for someone with experience working in a busy administrative role who has also had some exposure to HR-related processes such as recruitment, onboarding or attendance management. You'll be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing a varied workload and using your initiative
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Approachable, professional and genuinely people focused
A CIPD Level 3 qualification would be advantageous but isn't essential.
