We’re working with a leading organisation to recruit a Front of House / Receptionist to be the face of their busy London office.\\n\\n This site-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, people-focused position where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly while providing a first-class experience to staff, visitors, and clients.\\n\\n What You’ll Be Doing:\\nWarmly greeting all clients, visitors, and contractors upon arrival\\n\\nManaging reception duties, including answering calls, booking desks/rooms, and overseeing meeting set-ups\\n\\nSupporting the wider office team with facilities coordination, IT queries, and day-to-day operations\\n\\nEnsuring the reception and communal areas are professional, tidy, and welcoming\\n\\nAssisting with post, couriers, deliveries, and office supplies\\n\\nSupporting onboarding for new starters and organising office tours\\n\\nProviding low-level tech support, reporting issues, and liaising with internal teams\\n\\nHelping maintain health & safety standards and acting as a fire warden/first aider (training provided)\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\nPrevious experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role within a professional setting\\n\\nStrong organisational skills and a friendly, proactive approach\\n\\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities\\n\\nConfident with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other office systems\\n\\nA team player who can stay calm under pressure and handle tasks with care and attention to detail\\n\\nIf you're immediately available and looking to step into a vibrant, varied support role where you can really make your mark – we’d love to hear from you
