Cardiff Council are currently looking for a Social Worker for their Child Health & Disability Team.
Pay rates in line with the pledge – £38.43 Umbrella / £30.50
The team is currently operating on a mixed – working from home, agile and within local office space.
Main Duties:
- Working alongside a multi-agency team of professionals, in partnership with families.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of effective systems to ensure quality services.
- Complete Wellbeing Assessments, child protection enquiry and develop and review care and support plans.
- Working in a multiagency capacity to support families
- Attendance at Child Protection Conferences, Children who are Looked After Review and Court may be required.
- Provide specialist advice and support across the wider children\’s services team in respect to children with additional needs.

Requirements:
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales

- 3 Years of referencing
