About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a dynamic team in London. This role focuses on growing apprenticeship sales, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be identifying and engaging with businesses, promoting apprenticeship programmes, and ensuring long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying new business opportunities and securing partnerships for apprenticeship programmes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, training providers, and stakeholders
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and funding opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in selling apprenticeships (essential)
- Strong B2B sales and business development background
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for education and training
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 plus benefits
