Early Intervention & Prevention Hub – Social Worker
Pay rate: £35 Umbrella
Bridgend County Borough Council
This is a fast‑paced team environment, so it's important that applicants are confident hitting the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of approximately 10-12 Home care cases
- MCA work
- Safeguarding
- Hospital discharges
- Community assessments
Working pattern
Initially fully onsite. Once settled, option to work 2 days from home / 3 days onsite.

Requirements
- Relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply for DBS
- 3 years of referencing
