Hoop Nursing & Social Care are recruiting experienced female Healthcare Support Workers (due to service user needs) on an agency basis, supporting services in Bridgend and surrounding areas.
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you'll assist those with complex care needs, learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour (dependant on service), within supported living environments. Your role includes supporting the staff team with the daily running of the service, maintaining a positive attitude, and providing leading support.
