Looking for your next Adults Social Work opportunity within a supportive and progressive local authority? We are currently working with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council to recruit 2 experienced Adults Social Workers to join their Care Team.
- Team day on site every Tuesday - Cynon South Team
- Team day on site every Thursday
Both roles are based at Trecynon, Aberdare, for the team day, with hybrid working offered and attendance required on site one day per week for your allocated team day.
The teams support adults aged 18+ with a range of needs including physical disabilities, chronic illness, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, undertaking complex assessments and interventions while working closely with families and partner agencies.
This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative multi-agency environment alongside health professionals.
