Ceredigion Council in Aberystwyth is seeking a Social Worker to undertake statutory duties under Parts 4 and 6 of the SSWBA, assessing and safeguarding children and adults with mental health needs who require care and support. You will assess, support and safeguard service users, coordinate with families and networks to resolve difficulties, and help enhance coping skills, independence and resilience.
