1:1 Teaching Assistant ALN

Role Overview: As a full-time Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Your primary responsibilities will include providing one-on-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and assisting with classroom management., * Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.

• Provide individualised support to students with additional learning needs.

• Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.

• Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

• Help with classroom organisation and maintaining a safe learning environment.

• Observe and record student progress to inform teachers and parents.

• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective teamwork.

We are looking for dedicated Teaching assistants to work on a 1 to 1 basis with children in a school-based setting.
