Your Role
- Support teachers and pupils within secondary school classrooms.
- Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
- Support pupils’ learning, confidence, and engagement.
- Promote a positive, calm, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support behaviour management in line with school policies.
- Work alongside teachers and other support staff.
- Support pupil learning, well-being, and development.
- You may be supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including those requiring additional learning or behavioural support.
What You’ll Need
- At least 3 months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults (references required)
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
