Your Role
- Deliver engaging lessons and manage classrooms effectively
- Follow curriculum plans and adapt teaching to meet pupil needs
- Promote a positive and focused learning environment
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
- Support student progress and well-being
- Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents
